The Torment of the Grave: Insi and Cinni tells the story of a woman who lost her husband in an accident. Necla and Muhsin are a happy newlywed couple. However, their happiness ends when Muhsin dies in an accident. Nejla, who is devastated, believes that Muhsin can return, and every step she takes on this path causes her great troubles.

The film tells about the cold reality of death and the horrors of grave torments.

The storyline of the film is based on the apprehension of the co-founder of Indian Mujahideen and conspirator of several bomb blasts in India, Yasin Bhatkal, by National Investigation Agency near Indo-Nepal border.
